Potato Salad
4 lb potato (thin skinned)
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c olive oil
1/3 c lemon juice
1 t caraway
1 t salt
1/2 t cumin
1/8 t cayenne
Cook potatoes. Cut and mix with onion & green pepper.
Mix dressing. Pour over salad.
